General Terms and Conditions

  1. The Jabra Resellers Promotion (“Promotion”) is available only for Jabra Resellers located in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg.
  2. Promotion Period: Discounts are available on orders of Jabra Business products placed between March 1 and May 31, 2023.
  3. The promotion is valid only for new products purchased from invoiced by an authorized Jabra distributor (listed here: and charged by the latter. Purchases of products from a non-authorized dealer and purchases of used products will not be eligible for a discount.
  4. Not eligible for this promotion: Jabra employees and their agents, distribution partners.
  5. Promotion limits: The maximum rebate per reseller is €600 for the entire promotion period. Rebates are rebated in increments of €30 per €300 of purchases.
  6. Eligible Resellers: Only Jabra authorized resellers (registered before May 31st, 2023 on the portal) who have no dedicated Jabra channel account manager are eligible to participate in this promotion.
  7. The promotion cannot be combined with any other Jabra promotional offer. It does not apply when Jabra, through its authorized distribution partners, offers resellers a different selling price than the standard price.
  8. To participate in this promotion, participating resellers must go to the page and provide the requested information. Proof of purchase will be the invoice of the eligible product(s) purchased from the authorized Jabra distribution partner. The invoice must be dated during the promotion period and submitted before the promotion end date for Jabra to validate the rebate claim. Participating resellers will also need to complete the rebate claim form at before June 15th, 2023.
  9. Participating resellers will receive a response from Jabra within 7 days of the date of submission of their refund request. Jabra is not responsible for invalid, incorrect, or inaccessible email addresses on the claim form. Participating resellers may email Jabra at if they do not receive a response within 7 days of submitting a valid and properly completed claim form.
  10. All rebate claims must be made by June 15th, 2023. No applications will be accepted after this date.
  11. Any application with missing, incorrect, or invalid information will be rejected. Duplicate applications will be rejected.
  12. Jabra is not responsible for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damages of any kind that would prevent participation in the promotion.
  13. Jabra reserves the right to declare the promotion null and void in the event of taxation, regulation, prohibition or restriction imposed by law. Jabra's decisions on all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding.
  14. All approved cashback requests will be paid within 45 days of the end of the promotion, in one payment via bank transfer. Payment will only be made in the name of the purchaser of the eligible product(s) as shown on the invoice (proof of purchase). No other form of payment will be accepted.

If the participating reseller returns the eligible product(s) to the Jabra authorized distributor after submitting the rebate claim, Jabra will void the validity of the rebate claim, disqualify the participating reseller and discontinue the rebate process. Jabra reserves the right to cancel rebate claims that, upon investigation, reveal a malfunction in the supply chain from the distributor through the reseller to the end user, or that do not comply with the spirit of the offer.
